Comprehensive care assessments are always conducted to make a complete co –produced care plan. Care reviews are then regularly conducted to ensure that the level of service is maintained, as are the client’s needs and wishes.

All recruited live in carers undergo a rigorous recruitment process, including training and enhanced DBS checks. The carers receive ongoing supervision, regular reviews, and training updates to ensure they are CQC compliant and feel supported in the role they conduct.

We recognize that Service Users’ recovery journeys progress at different paces and Service Users need diverse levels of support along the way which are trauma informed.
We provide a range of care packages to help Service Users bridge the move from hospitals or residential care home recovery setting to living independently in their own homes with a tailored bespoke care package.
We provide Supported Housing and a skilled workforce to help individuals to maintain a stable mental health, tenancy, develop independent living skills and access community services. Our care packages are tailored to meet services users who have a history of offending, Forensic mental Health and Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Substance Misuse and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
Person-centred support to develop practical daily living skills, and tools for managing their mental health so that they can self-manage and stay well longer term.
We support people to manage general housing issues, benefits, and finances. Once they are ready to start the process of moving on, we help them to register on housing lists, and to search for and view suitable properties.
Alongside practical skills development, we collaborate with people to build tools to manage their day-to-day mental health, identify and protect against triggers, and put in place plans for dealing with a crisis.
We support them to identify and engage with training, volunteering, and employment opportunities in line with their personal recovery goals. We also help them to develop hobbies and engage in social activities, building informal and personal support networks to protect against relapse.
Staff are available on site 24hrs to offer support at several points throughout the day and night.
